Anyone else seeing hiring freezes or slowdowns at FICO?

Hey everyone, been at FICO for a few years now and lately things have felt...different. Not hearing about layoffs specifically, but the vibe has changed. It feels like hiring has definitely slowed to a crawl, and some teams are being really cagey about backfills. Been seeing some internal projects get shelved too, which is unusual. My manager is being pretty tight-lipped when I ask about future headcount. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it just my department, or is this a wider trend across FICO? Wondering if it's the general economic climate hitting us, or if there's something specific happening behind the scenes. Trying not to panic, but the uncertainty is definitely getting to me. Curious to hear if anyone has any insights or has heard whispers from their teams.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift in the hiring landscape at FICO lately. While I haven't heard any official announcements about freezes, the pace of new roles opening up seems to have significantly decreased. It's not just you; several colleagues have mentioned the same observation regarding slower recruitment and a general feeling of caution around new hires. Even some internal initiatives that were previously fast-tracked seem to be on hold or moving much more slowly than anticipated. It's creating a bit of uncertainty, for sure.
