FICO hiring freeze rumors?

Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter on here and other places about a potential hiring freeze at FICO. Haven't seen any official word, and my team's workload is still pretty heavy. Anyone else hearing this or noticing slower hiring processes? Feels like things have definitely cooled down compared to last year. Just trying to get a sense of the pulse. Is it just my department or is this a company-wide thing? Wondering if it's a precursor to something bigger. Anyone have insights from recruiters or managers? Curious to hear what others are experiencing.

I haven't heard any official word about a hiring freeze either, but I have noticed things seem to be moving a bit slower with recent requisitions. It's possible they're being more selective or just taking a bit longer to get approvals through. Last year was definitely a hiring frenzy, so a slight cooldown isn't entirely unexpected. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment and not a sign of bigger issues. My team's workload is still quite demanding, so I'm hoping they backfill some of the roles that have opened up.
