Thoughts on FICO's recent product changes impacting roles?

Lately, it feels like FICO is really pushing some new product initiatives and consolidating others. I've been here a few years and the landscape is definitely shifting. Seems like some roles are becoming more specialized while others might be getting absorbed or becoming less critical. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm wondering if this is a strategic move that will ultimately lead to reorgs or even headcount adjustments down the line. It's hard to tell if it's just innovation or if there's an underlying cost-cutting motive. Trying to stay ahead of any potential changes and understand how my role might evolve or be impacted. Any perspective on the company's direction would be helpful.

I've definitely noticed the shift. It feels like they're doubling down on analytics and AI integration, which makes sense given the industry. Some of the older, more manual processes are being streamlined or automated. My take is that it's less about cutting headcount and more about upskilling existing teams to handle these new, more complex tools. Adaptability is key right now.

Yeah, the product roadmap feels pretty aggressive. It seems like they're really trying to stay ahead of the curve by integrating more predictive modeling and cloud-based solutions. While it's creating new opportunities in data science and engineering, I can see how it might make some traditional analyst roles feel a bit redundant. Time will tell if it's a net positive for the workforce.
