Uncertainty about FICO's future direction?

Okay, so I'm trying not to panic, but there's a lot of ambiguity floating around FICO right now. We've had a few all-hands meetings that felt a bit... vague. They talk about 'adapting to market changes' and 'optimizing resources,' which sounds like corporate speak for something else. I haven't seen any official layoff announcements, but the overall sense of unease is palpable. People are being more guarded, and there's less transparency than I'm used to. My role feels secure *for now*, but I'm definitely keeping an eye on things and thinking about my next steps. Has anyone heard any more concrete information, or is everyone just operating in the dark like I am? Trying to gauge the general feeling here.

I've been hearing similar murmurs around the office. The 'optimizing resources' talk always makes me nervous – it rarely means anything good for the rank-and-file. It's tough when you feel like you're operating in the dark. Hopefully, we'll get some clearer communication soon. Until then, just keep doing good work and documenting your contributions. That's always the best defense when things feel uncertain.
