Worried about FICO's future product roadmap?

Hey everyone, has anyone else been feeling a bit uneasy about where FICO is headed lately? I'm not hearing much about major new initiatives or exciting product launches. Feels like we're coasting a bit, and I'm worried about falling behind competitors in the long run. My team's been pushing for more investment in AI/ML capabilities, but the resources just don't seem to be there. Is this just my perception, or are others seeing the same thing? It's making me think about my own career security, even though there haven't been any official layoff announcements. Just trying to gauge the general sentiment.

I hear you. It does feel like there's been a lull in major announcements from FICO recently. While they're still a dominant force, the pace of innovation elsewhere is undeniable. I've also noticed a lot of talk internally about leveraging advanced analytics, and it's hard not to wonder if FICO's current offerings fully meet those emerging needs. It's a valid concern for anyone in this space looking ahead.

Interesting perspective. I've been focused more on the stability and proven performance of their existing scoring models, which are foundational for so many industries. While new initiatives are great, sometimes maintaining excellence in core products is just as critical. Perhaps they're strategically investing in improving those core offerings behind the scenes rather than chasing every new trend. Time will tell, I suppose.
