Anyone else feeling the pressure at FedEx?

Reading about the Victorville layoffs just adds to the general anxiety I've been feeling lately. It seems like every few weeks there's another announcement about job cuts, whether it's management or operational roles. It makes you wonder how secure your own position really is, even if you're hitting your numbers. Is anyone else at FedEx experiencing increased workload, or a general sense of unease? It feels like we're being squeezed, and I'm trying to figure out if it's just my location or a company-wide trend. The constant news about other companies doing the same isn't exactly reassuring either. Feels like we're all just waiting for the next shoe to drop.

Yeah, the Victorville news definitely hit hard. It's tough seeing those announcements and not feeling a little worried, even when you're doing your job well. The increased workload is real, feels like we're expected to do more with less sometimes. Trying to stay positive, but the uncertainty is definitely a factor. Hope things stabilize soon for everyone.

I'm feeling it too. The constant talk of restructuring and layoffs, even if it's not directly at my station, creates a cloud of anxiety. It's hard to focus when you're wondering what's next. Productivity is up, but so is the stress. Just looking for some stability and clear communication about the future.
