Reading about the recent layoffs at FedEx, and it's starting to feel like a trend. Saw that article about 10% of management jobs being cut a while back, and now this CNY news. Makes you wonder what the overall strategy is. Are they just trimming the fat, or is something bigger brewing? From my perspective, things have felt a little uncertain lately, but this level of cuts is significant. Anyone else in a management or senior role feeling the pressure or hearing whispers? Trying to stay optimistic, but the uncertainty is making it tough to focus. Feels like a really volatile time to be in logistics right now.

It's definitely concerning to see these widespread layoffs. I've been with FedEx for a while, and while economic shifts happen, the scale of these recent cuts is unprecedented.
