Is FedEx Just Getting Started With These Layoffs?

The news about the Southern California layoffs, over 500 people apparently, and the date being so recent (Aug 13th) is really concerning. Seeing that number combined with the earlier management cuts… it makes you wonder if this is the peak or just the beginning. I've seen some departments drastically shrink, and the workload for those remaining is definitely feeling the strain. It's creating a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. People are talking, but no one has solid answers. Feels like a major restructuring is underway, and the cuts might go deeper than what's being reported. Anyone else in other regions seeing similar trends or hearing about future plans? Trying to brace myself and my team for what might be coming.
