Management consolidation fatigue is real

Is anyone else completely burnt out by the constant 'restructuring' updates? It feels like every two weeks there's another memo about efficiency and streamlining the management layers. At this point, I don’t even know who is reporting to whom. They keep merging departments and piling on double the workload for the remaining 'survivors' without any adjustment to the pay structure. I’m seeing high-performers just check out mentally because they know it’s only a matter of time before their specific role gets deemed 'redundant.' It’s impossible to plan for the future when the org chart changes faster than the weather. Are we just waiting for the next round of cuts or is there actually a long-term strategy here that doesn't involve firing people? Starting to think it's time to jump ship to one of the competitors before I’m next on the chopping block.

It’s honestly exhausting. Every time they announce another 'streamlining' phase, the atmosphere in the office just dies a little more. You watch your best coworkers quietly update their resumes because they know the workload isn't sustainable long-term. It feels like they're trying to squeeze blood from a stone while pretending everything is just part of a grand efficiency plan. The constant shifting of reporting lines makes it impossible to actually get anything done, yet the expectations for output only seem to go up. It’s no way to run a company.
