I saw the news hit the WARN notices for the Ann Arbor location regarding the 87 cuts. Is this just limited to Michigan, or are we expecting another wave across the other regions before the end of the quarter? I’m in a different office, but the mood here has been pretty toxic lately. Management keeps saying everything is 'business as usual' while we watch our headcount drop. I’ve been hearing whispers about more consolidation in the back office, but nobody will give us a straight answer. It feels like they're trying to keep the turnover quiet so they don't spook the shareholders. If you’re at one of the affected branches, are they actually offering internal placement, or are they just showing people the door immediately? I’m starting to update my resume just in case, but the banking sector feels like a minefield right now.
