Fifth Third - Anyone else feeling the pressure building?

Hey all, been with Fifth Third for a few years now in [department, e.g., IT/Operations/Mortgage Lending]. Lately, it just feels... different. There's been a lot of talk, hushed conversations in the breakroom, and a general sense of 'what's next?' We haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete, but the vibe is definitely off. Budgets seem tighter, projects are being scrutinized more than ever, and there's a definite increase in 'do more with less' messaging. Anyone else in different divisions picking up on this? Is it just my team, or is there a broader feeling of uncertainty creeping in? Curious to hear if anyone has heard any whispers or has any insights, even anecdotal ones.
