Fifth Third Bancorp - Anyone interviewing / hearing about roles?

Hi all, I've been applying to a few roles at Fifth Third Bancorp recently, and it's been a bit of a black hole. Applied for a Senior Analyst position about three weeks ago, went through an initial recruiter screen, and then… crickets. Another role I interviewed for two weeks ago, the hiring manager seemed positive, but still no update from HR. Is anyone else experiencing slow hiring processes or a lack of movement on open positions? Trying to figure out if the bank is just generally slow with hiring right now, or if there might be hiring freezes or other internal shifts impacting recruitment. Any insights from those currently interviewing or working there would be super helpful. Wondering if I should keep my hopes up or focus my energy elsewhere for now.
