Hey everyone, long-time lurker here. Been at Fifth Third for a few years now, and lately, there's been a weird quietness. Usually, there's some level of internal chatter, even if it's just rumors, but things feel... different. Management is being extra tight-lipped, and there are fewer internal postings than usual. Yeah, I've noticed the quiet too. It's definitely a shift from the usual level of communication, even the informal stuff. Fewer internal job postings is a red flag for sure, especially if you're looking to move around internally. I've heard whispers in a few different areas, not just IT or back office. It’s making a lot of people nervous, and honestly, it's hard not to speculate when the official word is nonexistent.
