Hey everyone, been at Fifth Third for a few years now in the [mention general department like 'tech' or 'operations' without being too specific] side. Lately, I've just been feeling a general sense of unease around the office. It's hard to pinpoint exactly, but there's been a lot less chatter, people seem more guarded in meetings, and the usual after-work happy hours have kind of dried up. Performance reviews are coming up, and while there's no official word, the vibe just feels... tense. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my department, or is this a broader feeling across the bank? Trying to stay optimistic, but it's tough when the atmosphere is like this.
