Anyone else feeling the unease at FirstEnergy?

Hey everyone, Been at FirstEnergy for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels... different. Management is being super cagey about the Q3 earnings call, and there's been a lot of 'reorganization' talk. No official word, but I've seen a few key people leave unexpectedly in my department. My manager is giving me the usual 'business as usual' line, but the silence on any actual strategic direction or long-term projects is deafening. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on similar signals or hearing whispers from other divisions? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm just overthinking things in my corner of the company. Anyone have any intel or just a gut feeling they want to share?

Yeah, I've been sensing it too. The lack of clear communication is definitely unsettling. It feels like there's something brewing behind the scenes, but nobody's willing to share what. The 'reorganization' buzzwords are definitely starting to sound more like something substantial than just typical corporate shuffling. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't know where the company is headed or if your role will even be relevant in a few months. Makes you wonder what the next few quarters will bring.
