FE - Quiet skies or impending storm?

Hey everyone, been with FE for a few years now and things feel... different lately. Not sure if it's just me or if others are noticing. We've had a few project stalls, some re-orgs that didn't seem to lead anywhere, and the usual 'doing more with less' mantra is getting louder. I haven't heard any direct chatter about layoffs, but the vibe is a bit tense. Anyone else in the same boat? Wondering if it's just the usual utility industry ups and downs or if there's something more substantial brewing under the surface. Trying not to stress, but it's hard when the atmosphere feels a little uncertain. Curious to hear if anyone has insights or is feeling similar pressures across different departments.
