FirstEnergy - Anyone else feeling the pinch on resources?

Lately, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less across the board at FirstEnergy. Budgets for training and development seem to have dried up, and even simple requests for new equipment are getting an extra layer of scrutiny. I've noticed a few teams are noticeably leaner than they were even six months ago, and there's a lot of internal shuffling going on. It's leading to longer project timelines and a general sense of being spread too thin. Is this a company-wide push for efficiency, or are we heading towards a more significant shake-up? Just trying to understand if this is a 'normal' utility industry trend right now or something specific to FE. Appreciate any insights.
