Definitely not just you. I've heard similar things from folks in different divisions. The tightening budgets and hiring freezes are real, and the lack of transparency from leadership isn't helping. It creates a lot of anxiety when you don't know what to expect. I'm hoping it's a temporary situation, but the lack of clear communication makes it tough to believe things will just snap back to normal.
