Anyone else seeing increased pressure/scope creep at Fiserv lately?

Hey all, been at Fiserv for a few years now and lately things have felt... different. My team's workload has noticeably ramped up, and it feels like the expectations are getting higher without a corresponding increase in resources or headcount. Project deadlines seem tighter, and there's a general sense of 'do more with less' that's starting to get to me. I'm not hearing any concrete layoff rumors, but the atmosphere feels a bit tense, and it makes me wonder if this is a precursor to something. Has anyone else experienced this kind of shift in their department or team? Is this a company-wide thing, or am I just in a particularly demanding area? Curious to hear if others are feeling the same pressure and what their take is. Trying to figure out if this is just a rough patch or something more systemic. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've definitely felt a shift in the past year or so. The pace seems to have picked up considerably, and it often feels like we're juggling more than we can reasonably handle. It's not just my team; I've heard similar sentiments from colleagues in other departments. The pressure is real, and while I appreciate the drive for efficiency, it's starting to impact work-life balance. Hoping things stabilize soon.

Interesting that you brought this up. I've noticed the same trend. It's like the company is trying to push through initiatives faster, but the infrastructure and support aren't keeping pace. Deadlines feel more aggressive, and the expectation to deliver without additional staffing is becoming the norm. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's getting challenging to maintain motivation under these conditions.
