Fiserv - Anyone else getting the 'reorg' vibes?

Been at Fiserv for a solid chunk of time, and lately, it feels like we're in a constant state of flux. New initiatives pop up, old ones get quietly shelved, and there's a lot of talk about 'streamlining' and 'synergy'. It's making it really hard to plan or feel secure in my role. I haven't heard any direct layoff announcements, and my direct manager is pretty tight-lipped, but the constant reshuffling and the general air of uncertainty are definitely getting to me. Just wondering if others are picking up on similar signals or if I'm overthinking it. Anyone else feel like a major organizational shake-up is brewing, potentially leading to job cuts?
