Fiserv - Anyone else seeing a hiring freeze or slowdown?

Hey everyone, been with Fiserv for a few years now. Lately, I've noticed a significant slowdown in new job postings and a general lack of movement on internal roles. My team's headcount has been stagnant, and there haven't been any new hires announced in months. It feels like something's shifting, but there's no official word. Has anyone else in other departments or divisions experienced this? Are recruitment efforts being scaled back? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or specific to my area. The vibe feels a bit... tight. Trying not to read too much into it, but the silence is deafening.

Yeah, I've definitely picked up on the same vibe. My department's been pretty quiet on the hiring front for a while now, and the usual buzz around internal transfers has died down considerably. It's making people a bit antsy, wondering what the future holds. It'd be good to get some clarity, but I suspect we'll just have to wait and see how things shake out.

Interesting you bring this up. We've also seen a noticeable dip in our recruitment pipeline and even our own team's expansion plans have been put on indefinite hold. Management hasn't said much, which only adds to the uncertainty. It's a tough environment when you're not sure about growth opportunities. Let's hope it's just a temporary lull.
