Hey everyone, been at Fiserv for a few years now, and lately things just feel... different. No big announcements, no mass emails, but there's definitely a shift in the air. Projects are being deprioritized left and right, budgets seem tighter than ever, and a lot of the 'nice-to-have' initiatives have just vanished. My team has seen a few people leave unexpectedly, and replacements haven't been backfilled. It's making people nervous. Anyone else noticing this? Is it just the general economic climate hitting fintech, or is Fiserv doing some behind-the-scenes restructuring that hasn't been communicated? Trying to gauge if I should be updating the resume or if this is just a temporary dip. Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, especially in different departments.

I've been with Fiserv for a while too and I'm definitely feeling the same vibes. It's that uneasy quiet, isn't it? Feels like they're making strategic moves behind the scenes, but the lack of transparency is what's really unsettling. My department's budget also got a serious haircut this quarter, and we're scrambling to figure out how to proceed without key resources. Hoping for some clarity soon, because the uncertainty is starting to impact morale.

Interesting post. I haven't been at Fiserv quite as long, but I've heard similar whispers from colleagues in other divisions. The talk about project freezes and resource reallocation has been circulating. It could be standard operational adjustments, but the timing with the broader market seems a bit too coincidental.
