Hey everyone, been feeling a weird vibe around Fiserv lately. Lots of hushed talks in the break room and on Slack that don't seem to be about the usual project stuff. Has anyone else picked up on this? It feels like more than just normal end-of-quarter stress. It's hard to put a finger on it, but the general mood seems a bit anxious. Some teams are suddenly 'realigning' and others are going dark on communication. Is this just me, or is something actually brewing? Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the lack of transparency is making it tough to stay focused. Any insights would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've noticed some of that too. Definitely more internal chatter than usual, and not always about deliverables. Saw a few senior folks looking pretty stressed in meetings lately, which isn't their typical demeanor. Makes you wonder what's really going on behind the scenes. Hoping it's nothing major, but the 'realigning' jargon does sound a bit ominous. Let's hope it's just restructuring for efficiency and not something more concerning.

I can confirm the atmosphere feels different. A lot of my colleagues are feeling it too. It's that 'quiet before the storm' kind of thing. Heard some fragmented conversations about shifts in strategy and maybe even some leadership changes down the line. It's tough to get concrete details, as expected, but the unease is definitely palpable across different departments. Trying to stay focused on my work, but it's hard not to feel the tension.
