Fortinet - Anybody else feeling the pressure on project timelines?

Just wanted to see if this is a company-wide thing or if it's just my corner of Fortinet. We've been getting pushed HARD on several key initiatives. Timelines that felt aggressive last quarter are now borderline impossible, with very little flexibility given. It's not just 'do more with less,' it feels like expectations are actively being inflated without a corresponding increase in resources or realistic deadlines. Leadership is emphasizing speed and delivery above all else, and it's creating a ton of stress. I'm hearing whispers that this is tied to hitting certain Q4 targets. Wondering if this is a coordinated push across the board, or if some departments are feeling more of it than others. Trying to understand the bigger picture here and if this is a temporary crunch or the new normal. It's making it tough to plan and even harder to feel like we're setting ourselves up for success when the goalposts keep moving.
