Fortinet - Morale seems kinda low lately, anyone else feel it?

Walking around the office (or the virtual office, these days), the vibe just feels off. People seem a bit more stressed, maybe less engaged? I've overheard a few more conversations about job searching and "what's next". Could be unrelated, but combined with the general economic uncertainty, I'm wondering if there's something brewing. No official word on anything, but the general sentiment feels like it's shifted from optimistic growth to just trying to maintain the status quo. Is it just me, or has the general morale taken a dip in the last 6 months or so? Trying to understand if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm just internalizing the stress. Anyone else feeling this way or have insights into what might be causing it?

Yeah, I've picked up on that too. It's like a quiet hum of unease you can't quite pinpoint. People are definitely more guarded, and those water cooler chats feel a little less genuine. I've also noticed a lot more people keeping their heads down, just doing their work and not really engaging in the usual team-building stuff. It's a noticeable shift from even six months ago. Definitely feeling a bit more pressure to just keep things steady rather than push for new initiatives. Wondering if there's a plan or if we're just treading water.
