Hey everyone. So, I've been with Fortinet for a few years now, and lately, I've noticed some subtle shifts that are making me a bit uneasy. It's not anything concrete like a mass email or an official announcement, but more of an observation of trends. Some teams seem to be consolidating, or at least the project scopes feel like they're being squeezed tighter. I've also seen a few key people move on recently, which isn't entirely unusual, but the pace feels a little faster than normal. Has anyone else in engineering or sales picked up on similar vibes? Maybe it's just market fluctuations, but the cybersecurity space is usually pretty robust. Wondering if there's any internal chatter or just general sentiment about team stability or hiring freezes that I'm missing. Trying to stay positive, but the current climate is making me think ahead.

Interesting observations. I've been here a while too and have definitely picked up on some similar vibes. It's the little things, isn't it? A project that used to be a bit more free-wheeling now has incredibly specific, tight deliverables. And yeah, the departures have made me pause. I can relate to what you're seeing. My team also feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the deadlines are definitely feeling more aggressive. It's a tough climate out there generally, so maybe it's just the industry catching up? However, the departures you mentioned are also concerning. It's never good to see talent leave, and if it's happening more frequently, it does raise some questions about morale and future direction. Hope it's nothing significant.
