Fortive - Performance Reviews & Comp Adjustments - Any News?

With the annual review cycle approaching, I'm wondering what the general sentiment is regarding compensation adjustments at Fortive this year. Last year felt a bit tighter than usual, and I'm not seeing any indication that things will be significantly different this time around. My comp isn't terrible, but I'm definitely looking for a meaningful increase to reflect my contributions and the current market. Has anyone heard any rumblings about salary increase pools or bonus structures for this cycle? Trying to manage expectations internally and understand if now is the time to push harder or just be content with whatever comes. The lack of clear communication lately makes it hard to gauge the company's financial health and, by extension, our earning potential.
