Fortive: Increased workload and vacant positions

Is anyone else experiencing a significant increase in workload at Fortive? Seems like my team is stretched thinner than ever. We've had a few people leave over the past six months, and their positions haven't been backfilled. Instead, the rest of us are picking up the slack. This isn't just one department either; I've talked to people in engineering and operations, and they're saying the same thing. It feels like the company is trying to do more with less, and frankly, it's unsustainable. The constant talk about efficiency and streamlining is starting to sound like a prelude to something more serious. Just wondering if this is a widespread trend or if I'm in a particularly affected area. It's making it hard to focus on actual work when you're worried about your job security.
