Fortune Brands Building Products - Anyone else dealing with increased workload?

Lately, it feels like the workload has been steadily increasing across the board in my department. Fewer people doing more work? Or is it just me? I've noticed a few people have moved on recently, and their tasks seem to have been absorbed without backfill. It's starting to get tough to keep up without any sign of new hires or even overtime being approved readily. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or specific to certain teams. Makes you wonder if this is a precursor to something bigger, or just a temporary crunch. Anyone else feeling the pressure mount?

Definitely not just you. I've seen a similar trend in my area. It feels like there's been a constant push to do more with less, and the recent departures haven't helped. It's getting harder to maintain the same quality of work when everyone's stretched so thin. The lack of visible plans for bringing in new staff or offering extra support makes it feel unsustainable. Hopefully, management addresses this soon before burnout really sets in for a lot of people. It's a concerning pattern if it's happening in multiple departments.
