Fortune Brands Building Products - Concerns about recent leadership changes?

Been with the Building Products division for a while and noticed a pretty significant shift in leadership over the last couple of quarters. Seems like we've had a few key people move on or get shuffled around. While change can be good, the pace and the lack of clear communication about the vision are making people nervous. There's a lot of speculation flying around about what this means for the long-term strategy and, by extension, our roles. Has anyone else in the division experienced this? Are there any insights into the new direction or potential impacts on different business units within Building Products? It feels like we're adrift without a clear captain, and it’s starting to impact day-to-day operations and team morale. Any shared perspectives would be appreciated.

I've definitely noticed the same thing. It feels like a constant churn in management lately, and it's hard to get a straight answer about what's happening behind the scenes. People are trying to stay positive, but the uncertainty is palpable. Hoping for more clarity soon, as it's impacting morale more than management might realize. It would be great to hear a consistent message about where things are headed.
