FCX - Operational Tempo Slowing Down?

Just wanted to put this out there to see if I'm alone. Lately, seems like the pace of operations has definitely eased up a bit at my location. Less overtime being pushed, some projects seem to be on the back burner, and there's a general feeling of 'waiting.' It's subtle, not like a hard stop or anything, but you can feel it. Wondering if this is happening elsewhere across Freeport. Could it be a response to market conditions, or is management bracing for something? I'm not hearing any direct layoff talk, but this operational slowdown feels like a precursor. Anybody else sensing this change in the air?

I've noticed a similar vibe at my site. It's not overt layoffs or anything drastic, but definitely a shift in the usual hustle. Less urgency on some tasks, and a bit more downtime between assignments. My guess is they're being cautious given the commodity price fluctuations we've seen. Just prudent financial management, I'd imagine. Trying not to read too much into it, but it's a palpable change from the usual pace.
