FCX - Redundancy Rumblings?

Anyone else getting the feeling that some roles might be evaluated for redundancy at Freeport? I'm not talking about outright mass layoffs, but more like a strategic review. Maybe some functions are being consolidated or automated, and people's positions are being looked at. My supervisor has been cagey about future staffing needs, and there have been a few 'efficiency' meetings that felt a little off. It's hard to put a finger on it, but the general chatter is definitely leaning towards 'belt-tightening'. Has anyone heard anything more concrete, or is this just my paranoia kicking in? Love this company, but the uncertainty is starting to gnaw a bit. Hoping for some clarity if anyone has any intel.
