Definitely seeing this too. The focus has really moved from long-term, deep-dive strategic planning to more immediate, agile problem-solving. Clients are less interested in a 5-year roadmap and more in how to pivot quickly to address current market volatility or regulatory changes. It's forcing us to be more flexible and perhaps offer modular, outcome-based services rather than monolithic projects. It's a challenge, but also an opportunity to prove our adaptability.
I've observed a similar trend. It feels like clients are prioritizing resilience and operational efficiency above all else right now. They want to know how to de-risk their existing operations and ensure business continuity, rather than exploring brand new, ambitious transformations. We're getting more inquiries about cost optimization, supply chain resilience, and cybersecurity enhancements. It's a bit of a reset, requiring us to reframe our value proposition to align with these more pressing, foundational concerns.
