Gartner Consulting - Is the 'Gartner magic' fading with clients?

Been a bit of a tough few months here at Gartner Consulting. I'm hearing more and more chatter from clients that they're questioning the ROI on our engagements. We've always prided ourselves on delivering strategic insights, but it feels like clients are pushing back harder on scope and demanding more tangible, immediate results. There's a growing sense that the market is shifting and maybe our traditional advisory model isn't hitting the mark quite like it used to. I've had a couple of key clients mention they're looking at alternatives or trying to do more internal analysis. Anyone else experiencing this erosion of perceived value? Feels like we need to adapt, but the path forward isn't entirely clear.
