Gartner Consulting - My Q4 is feeling strangely quiet...

Am I the only one who feels like Q4 has completely missed us this year? Typically, this is our busiest period, with clients trying to get projects wrapped up before year-end or kicking off new strategic initiatives. This year, however, it's been eerily quiet. Project starts are delayed, existing projects are shorter than expected, and the usual influx of RFPs just hasn't materialized. I've been checking in with my peers, and while some say it's business as usual, a few others have echoed this sentiment. It's making me a bit uneasy, especially with the economic outlook. Feels like clients are being much more cautious with their spending. Curious to hear if others are experiencing this slowdown or if my perception is off.
