Gartner Consulting - My usual Q4 rush hasn't materialized.

Hey all, been with Gartner Consulting for a few years now, and normally Q4 is absolutely slammed with new projects kicking off, especially as companies finalize budgets before year-end. This year, though? It's eerily quiet. My pipeline looks way thinner than it should, and the few conversations I'm having are heavily focused on scope reduction or just pushing start dates into Q1. Feels like clients are really hesitant to commit right now. Am I the only one feeling this shift? Wondering if it's industry-wide or if it's specific to our practice area. Trying not to read too much into it, but it's definitely making me uneasy.
