Gartner Consulting - Project ramp-up seems stalled.

Hey all, been feeling a weird vibe lately in consulting. Usually, by this time of year, we've got a solid pipeline of Q4 and early Q1 projects kicking off. But this year, things feel... stagnant. Deals that seemed like sure things are dragging, and new RFPs are sparse. I'm hearing whispers about clients tightening their belts and pushing back on scope, but it feels deeper than just budget cycles. Wondering if anyone else in Gartner Consulting is experiencing this slowdown in project acquisition and ramp-up. Is it a cyclical thing, or are we seeing a broader market shift impacting our usual deal flow?
