Anyone else feeling the pressure at GE HealthCare lately?

Hey everyone, longtime lurker, first-time poster here. Been with GE HealthCare for a few years now, and lately, the atmosphere feels… different. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the emphasis on 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' was pretty heavy. Feels like more than just standard corporate speak. We're hitting targets, but the underlying tone is definitely about doing more with less. Anyone else in Medical Devices seeing this? Are we just bracing for impact, or is this the new normal for a while? Curious to hear what others are experiencing across different divisions.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. The 'efficiency' push is definitely more intense than usual. It's like every process is being scrutinized, and there's a constant undercurrent of 'optimization.' While I understand the need to stay competitive, it's creating a lot of anxiety about job security and workload. It's tough when you're already working hard and feel like it's still not enough to satisfy the new metrics. Hoping it smooths out, but it's definitely a change from how things used to be.
