Budget discussions are getting intense. Anyone else feeling the squeeze?

Been hearing a lot more chatter about 'budgetary constraints' and 'fiscal responsibility' in recent team meetings. Usually, it's just standard year-end stuff, but this feels different. Managers are being much more tight-lipped about Q4 and next year's plans, and there's a definite undercurrent of caution. We're seeing increased scrutiny on all expenses, even small ones. Some projects that were greenlit a few months ago are suddenly being put on hold or 're-evaluated'. Is anyone else experiencing this? Feels like the company is bracing for impact, or at least trying to significantly trim the fat. Wondering if this is a GEHC-wide thing or just specific to certain divisions. Curious to hear what others are hearing or seeing.
