I've noticed a similar sentiment. It feels like there's a lot of internal shuffling and re-evaluation happening, which naturally slows things down. The integration post-spinoff is still a complex beast, and I suspect we're in a phase where leadership is trying to consolidate and optimize before launching major new pushes. Hopefully, this patience will pay off with more strategic and sustainable growth down the line, rather than just a series of rushed projects.
I can definitely relate. The energy feels a bit muted compared to previous years. It's understandable, given the market dynamics and the company's recent transition. My hope is that this period of 'waiting' is a deliberate strategy to ensure resources are focused on the most impactful opportunities. I'm trying to stay optimistic that clear directives and exciting projects will emerge once the current assessments are complete, but the uncertainty is palpable.
