GEHC R&D: Anyone else's team lead suddenly 'unavailable' for 1:1s?

This is a bit of a strange one, but has anyone else in R&D at GEHC noticed their team lead or manager suddenly becoming incredibly difficult to get hold of for one-on-one meetings? Mine has been pushing them back for weeks, citing 'confidential discussions' or being 'pulled into higher-level meetings.' Normally, I wouldn't think much of it, but combined with the general quietness around the upcoming quarter and the lack of clear project roadmaps for H2, it's starting to feel a bit ominous. Wondering if this is a wider trend or just my department being weird. Is anyone else's manager acting this way? Curious if there's some underlying reason for this sudden communication blackout. Don't want to jump to conclusions, but the silence is deafening.
