GEHC Supply Chain: Seeing some weird reorgs, is this normal?

Hey all, been with GEHC for a few years now in supply chain, and lately things feel a bit... off. We've had a few 'strategic realignment' meetings that seem to be consolidating teams and shifting responsibilities. On paper, it sounds like efficiency, but the vibe on the ground is definitely one of uncertainty. My direct manager is being super cagey about the long-term implications, just saying 'adapt and overcome.' It's making it hard to plan, and frankly, a little stressful. Anyone else in supply chain, or even other departments, seeing similar organizational shifts or hearing any chatter about what it might mean? Trying to gauge if this is just a normal business cycle thing for GEHC or if it's hinting at something more. Appreciate any insights.
