I've noticed the same thing. It feels like a lot of churn without a clear payoff for employees or the market. It's hard to stay engaged when initiatives seem to disappear as quickly as they're announced. Hopefully, there's a coherent long-term strategy behind all this, but from the ground level, it's difficult to see the forest for the trees right now.
Honestly, it feels like a company trying to find its footing after the spin-off. Reorganizations and name changes can be part of that process as they try to streamline operations and define their identity. While it can be confusing in the short term, it might be necessary for them to become more agile and competitive in the long run. Let's hope for some clarity soon.
