Lately, it feels like we're constantly shifting priorities. One day a project is 'critical' and gets all the resources, the next it's shelved for something else that's suddenly 'top priority'. My team is scrambling to keep up, and honestly, the output is suffering because we can't focus. Anyone else experiencing this whiplash with project direction? Seems like a lot of wasted effort and a general lack of clear strategic focus from leadership.
