I've definitely felt the same unease. The constant shifts are disruptive and make it hard to build momentum on projects. While the company line might be about 'optimization' or 'synergy,' it feels more like a symptom of underlying issues. The lack of clear communication exacerbates the confusion. Hopefully, leadership will provide more transparency soon because this level of churn isn't sustainable or productive for morale.
My take is that it's likely a mix of things. Some movement is probably organic as people seek new challenges or better alignment, especially in a company as large as GEHC. However, the sheer volume lately suggests there might be a strategic realignment happening behind the scenes, perhaps in response to market pressures or upcoming product launches. It's a tough environment when you don't know where you'll land next, but change can sometimes precede positive transformation.
