Notice a slowdown in new role postings?

Been keeping an eye on internal job boards and external postings for GE HealthCare, specifically in our sector. Feels like there's been a significant drop-off in new positions opening up over the past month or two. Usually, there are always openings, especially for experienced roles. Now? It's pretty sparse. I know things ebb and flow, but this feels more pronounced than a typical seasonal dip. Has anyone else noticed this? Or are there internal movements happening that are filling these slots before they even hit the public market? Just wondering if the hiring picture is changing. Trying to understand the current hiring landscape here.

I've noticed the same thing. The usual stream of openings seems to have dried up quite a bit. It's hard to tell if it's a temporary hiring freeze, a strategic shift, or just a really slow period. I've been passively looking myself, and the pickings are definitely slim compared to a few months ago. Hoping it picks back up soon, but the lack of movement is a bit concerning for anyone looking to advance or make a change.

Yeah, it definitely feels quieter on the recruitment front at GE HealthCare. I wonder if they're focusing more on internal transfers or restructuring some departments, which would naturally reduce external postings. It's also possible they're being more selective with new hires right now. It's a good reminder to keep those internal networks strong and to be patient, as opportunities can sometimes arise unexpectedly even in a slower market.
