Focus on quantifiable achievements and tie them directly to the company's stated goals. Even with restructuring, efficiency and results are usually the main drivers. Prepare specific examples of how you've saved time, money, or improved outcomes. Don't shy away from highlighting projects that might have been challenging but ultimately successful. It's also good to proactively ask your manager about their specific expectations and how they see your role contributing to the new landscape.
It's understandable to feel that way with all the changes. My advice is to be honest and transparent. Highlight your adaptability and willingness to take on new responsibilities during this period. If there are areas where you've had to pivot or learn new skills quickly, definitely mention that. Document everything, and if you have specific feedback from colleagues or clients, bring that up too. Frame it as a period of growth and contribution, even amidst uncertainty.
