Questions about leadership's long-term vision for GEHC?

Been with GEHC for a few years now, and honestly, I'm starting to feel a bit adrift. The market's tough, sure, but it feels like there's a lack of clear direction from the top regarding where we're headed. We're seeing a lot of internal shuffling and 'synergy' talks, but what does that actually mean for our product roadmaps and strategic priorities? Feels like we're reacting rather than leading. Anyone else getting this vibe? It makes it hard to plan your own career path when you're not sure where the company itself is aiming. Just wondering if anyone has insights or feels the same way.

I hear you. It's tough to stay motivated when the strategy feels nebulous. Lots of talk about integration and 'leveraging capabilities,' but it often translates into more meetings and less clarity on what truly drives innovation. Hopeful for more concrete updates soon.

This uncertainty is definitely a concern. It's hard to commit fully when the long-term vision seems to be in flux. I'm trying to focus on my immediate responsibilities, but the lack of a clear North Star makes it challenging to align personal goals with company objectives. Looking forward to some decisive action.
