Yeah, I've definitely seen that too. It feels like the strategy is a bit all over the place. One minute it's all hands on deck for X, and the next, Y is suddenly the only thing that matters, pulling people from X. It's making it hard to plan and deliver consistently, and the constant context switching is draining. Hope leadership has a clearer vision soon.
I'm in a similar boat. It's like there's a 'flavor of the month' project that gets all the shiny resources, leaving the foundational work to wither. The lack of clear, consistent priorities is really impacting morale and productivity. People are trying their best, but it's tough when the goalposts keep moving and resources are spread too thin.
