Rethinking My Role: Career Path at GEHC?

Been at GEHC for a few years now, in a technical role. Lately, I've been doing a lot of thinking about my long-term career trajectory here. The company feels... in flux, for lack of a better word. While my day-to-day tasks are fine, I'm not entirely sure where opportunities for significant growth are, especially if I want to move into more senior or leadership positions within the medical devices sector. Are others in similar technical roles finding clear paths for advancement? Or is it more about lateral moves and acquiring new skills through projects? I'm not necessarily looking to jump ship, but I want to ensure I'm investing my time and energy in a way that builds a sustainable future. I hear you. It's tough when the bigger picture feels uncertain. I've found success by focusing on mastering my current responsibilities and actively seeking out projects that stretch my skills and expose me to different parts of the business. Networking internally, even informally, has also been key to understanding where the openings *might* be and who makes those decisions.
